The FITREC Placement Guarantee Terms & Conditions

The FITREC Placement Guarantee is a free service provided by FITREC for employers using the HealthyPeople platform. 

To apply for the six-month placement guarantee, employers must answer three (3) simple questions on the FITREC Statement of Employment (FSE) within 21 days of the job ad expiry.

Once the FSE is submitted, the HealthyPeople team will confirm access to the placement guarantee.

The following conditions apply and will require your acknowledgement when submitting your FSE form;

1. The FITREC Placement Guarantee requires the appointed candidate to have submitted their application for the nominated role via the listing on HealthyPeople.careers. If the application cannot be verified by the HealthyPeople team, the FITREC Placement Guarantee will not apply.

2. As proof that the role has been offered, accepted and started, the new role must be visible on the FITREC profile of the appointed professional. If the professional's FITREC profile, when viewed by HealthyPeople staff, does not include the new role, the FITREC Placement Guarantee will not apply.

3. To be considered for the FITREC Placement Guarantee, employers must submit the FSE form within 21 days of the job ad expiry.

4. The FITREC Placement Guarantee credit is only available for the immediate re-posting of the original ad.

5. The FITREC Placement Guarantee is available for up to six (6) months from the expiry date of the job ad.

6. To claim the FITREC Placement Guarantee, simply email hello@healthypeople.careers within six months of the original job ad expiry date and let us know that the candidate is no longer in the role.

7. The decision to grant the credit (or not) is at the sole discretion of HealthyPeople.careers and is not negotiable.

8. The FITREC Placement Guarantee service may be withdrawn by FITREC or HealthyPeople at any time without notice to any participating users.

The FITREC Placement Guarantee is a free service to support both professionals and employers. Any attempt to exploit the system will be viewed as a violation of the trust and intent behind this offer, and result in exclusion from the program.
