When using any of HealthyPeople’s candidate search tools, employers can hide candidates and will be presented with the next most relevant candidate at the bottom of the list (where available).
But if you can’t see the candidate details, how do you determine who should be hidden?
For every candidate in your search results, you can see;
Where they’re located,
When they were last active and,
The sort of jobs they could be suited to.
With these details, employers can make a more informed choice on which 15 candidates are best suited to their opportunity. Those that are unlikely to match can be hidden.
PRO TIP - Candidates can also be hidden when viewed as applicants for a job ad. This way, they’ll automatically be hidden if they happen to match a search request.
