How do you determine whether a search result is worth purchasing?
📢 Please note that all the following is to occur BEFORE you use any credits to view search results.
When using the different HealthyPeople search tools, you’ll always be provided with the top 15 search results*, as identified by our technology. From here, you can further filter candidates via key criteria (details below) and ‘hide’ those not considered suitable. When you hide candidates - click on the eye with the cross through it, see image (a) - you’ll be presented with the next most relevant candidate at the bottom of the list.* Hidden candidates will automatically be hidden if they turn up in future search results.
For every candidate in your search results, you can see;
Where they’re located (b),
When they were last active and (c),
The sort of jobs they could be suited to (d).
In addition, when looking at your search results, you’ll be able to identify any that you’ve previously seen (e) or are available on another list that you have access to (see image below).
With these details, employers can make a more informed choice on which 15 candidates are best suited to their opportunity.
* Where possible, HealthyPeople will provide a list of 15 candidates. Keyword search terms, location and ‘when last active’ may impact this.
