Find similar candidates with our CV matching tool

The ‘View similar’ option is available when viewing a candidate’s profile, and is visible when viewing applicants for a job ad, as well as candidates that have come from a search result.

When you click on the ‘View similar’ link, as with other search results, you'll be able to select 15 candidates that are a best match according to their profile.
