Welcome to the new HealthyPeople

Welcome to the new HealthyPeople

HealthyPeople has been rebuilt from the ground up.

We still post jobs and provide access to more than 160,000 professionals nationwide, but we’ve made big changes. Drawing on two decades of experience in fitness recruitment, we've added new technology and services to make recruitment quicker, easier, and more cost-effective.

Find the Best Candidates More Easily

Using our purpose-built AI, employers can search for keywords within a CV or can identify relevant or related CVs using a Semantic search.

For example, you could use a Semantic search to find a Trainer with experience in Women's fitness or a candidate with hospitality and/or sales experience. If you need something specific, like a Les Mills certification, a degree or experience in a specific business, do a Keyword search. This will find exact matches within the CV.

Candidates can be matched to a Job...

Our new technology helps you quickly and easily identify candidates whose CVs are a match to the details in your job ad.

...or Matched to Another Candidate

If you see a candidate you like, the new HealthyPeople site can provide suggested candidates whose CVs seem similar to that of a candidate you like.

Our Business Membership, Reimagined.

Those who remember the 3, 6 and 12-month HealthyPeople memberships will also recall that whether the membership was used or not, it expired at the end of the period.

Our new membership provides monthly credits that accumulate if not used, ensuring value is maintained for use in job postings and access to candidates when needed. In addition, membership provides FREE access to Featured candidates, allows you to create a list of favourite candidates, and there is no minimum term. Start here.

We look forward to providing you with a world-leading recruitment solution. If you have any questions, let me know. I'm also posting some site updates and answering questions on the HealthyPeople page on FITREC Circle.
