Group Fitness Coach - UBX Graceville

UBX Graceville has been in operation for 8 years and is now looking for an enthusiastic new Coach to join the team.

You'll be joining a Manager and two additional coaches, helping them provide a combination of Boxing and Functional strength in a group fitness environment.

The Opportunity:

This is a casual position based in Graceville, Brisbane - one of our most established clubs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver superior training experience to members while building amazing relationships
• Support the team to drive and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility where member appreciation is the focus and results are achieved.  
• Support the other coaches with your experience and professional attitude
• Develop sales strategies to increase memberships via lead generation, brand promotion, social media networks and outreach activities.
• Participate in team meetings and training opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:

• Self-starters with prior experience in group fitness training and sales.
• Prior experience in boxing training is preferred but not essential.
• Someone with high personal standards and who understands that member satisfaction equals business success

Your talents will include:

• Experience leading boxing and/or functional strength training in a group fitness environment
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills when dealing with members and internal stakeholders.
• An energetic persona and positive attitude - essential to be able to flourish while working in this fast-paced, highly diverse team environment. 

Minimum Applicant Criteria: 

• Possess Cert III and IV in Fitness.
• Current First Aid certificate.
• Current Blue Card certificates.
• Pad holding certification (can be arranged after if you can demonstrate the required skills)
