Location: Yarraville (with flexibility to cover shifts at our Point Cook club)

Role: Receptionist and Membership Consultant

Role type: Casual (with potential to grow into a more permanent position for the right candidate)

Gyms are often perceived as an intimidating place for many people, and mustering the courage to walk through the front doors can be a big step for many. We are looking for a team member who embodies our mission of creating an inclusive and welcoming community, is empathetic to people of varying abilities and backgrounds, and has a positive uplifting attitude.

About you:

  • Enthusiastic, approachable and empathetic
  • Must have administration or reception experience (Required)
  • Face to Face customer service experience
  • Reliable and mature
  • A passion for health and fitness
  • Flexible availability including Saturdays
  • Ideally comfortable in gyms with a general knowledge of the equipment

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Greeting members and guests
  • Administration and calls
  • Member care and relationships
  • Membership enquiries and sales
  • Promoting the growth of our club
  • Gym housekeeping
