Air Locker Training Cranbourne is looking for a qualified, passionate, and motivated Coach to join our Team and coach our group fitness classes. We'll provide full training in how to lead our Simulated Altitude Training sessions.

About the role

We're looking for a Group Fitness Coach to grow with our company.

As a Coach, you'll lead members through safe and effective fitness classes in simulated High-Altitude Training.

About you - We're looking for:

  • A passion for promoting health and encouraging members to reach their fitness goals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to make our members feel safe and supported from the moment they walk through the door
  • A positive and outgoing personality
  • High Energy!
  • Honesty and reliability
  • An ability to conduct safe and effective exercises at all times
  • The ability to run and set up classes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
  • Current First Aid and CPR are essential
  • Working With Children Check
  • Police Check
  • Previous group fitness experience preferred, but not essential.

Shifts are available early mornings, evenings & weekends
