About the Role:

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the face of our club – welcoming members, building strong relationships, and driving membership growth through tours, outreach, and excellent service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with potential members via walk-ins, phone, email, and social media

• Conducting club tours and helping members find the right membership option

• Reaching monthly membership sales targets and KPIs

• Supporting member retention through great service and follow-up

• Promoting the club through local area marketing and events

• Assisting with daily club operations and administration

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, friendly, and outgoing personality

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Motivated and target-driven attitude

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry (preferred but not essential)

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
