Wellness Centre Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Wellness Centre Coordinator to join our team full-time in Perth, WA (Wembley neighbourhood). This role is at the heart of the centre, ensuring clients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their visits. We are also seeking enthusiastic casual or part-time staff to ensure coverage across our entire schedule.

Our first Australian studio is expected to open in late October 2025 in Wembley. This makes the role an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of the growth journey of Be Fit and contribute to the launch of our very first centre in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, providing a warm and professional first impression.

• Assist clients with check-in, session preparation, and machine setup.

• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and light refreshments to enhance the client experience.

• Maintain a clean and inviting studio environment, including daily cleaning routines.

• Manage laundry duties, ensuring fresh towels and supplies are always available.

• Support overall studio operations, including booking management and payment processing when required.

• Uphold high standards of client service, ensuring every visitor enjoys a premium wellness experience.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming personality.

• Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment.

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or wellness/fitness settings is an advantage.

• Interest in health, fitness, or wellness is highly desirable.
