Studio Manager / Group Fitness Coach - BFT Abbotsford

We’re still on the hunt for a superstar coach to join the crew at BFT Abbotsford.

We’re also searching for an absolute weapon of a Studio Manager to lead our team, grow our community and take the studio to another level.

We want people who bring big energy, genuinely care about others and know how to get things moving. You’ll build real relationships, deliver an incredible member experience and help create the kind of studio people never want to leave.

Ideally, you’ll also know how to have a laugh, bring the vibes and build a playlist that doesn’t make everyone want to go home.

COACH PAY

• $35–$45 per hour

• Free gym membership

• Commission opportunities

• Plenty of support and genuine career growth

STUDIO MANAGER PACKAGE

• $75,000+ per year

• Serious performance bonuses

• Potential to earn more than $110,000 per year

• Real ownership, responsibility and room to grow

You need a Cert III or IV in Fitness (or be close), ideally have a couple of years’ coaching experience, and know how to communicate with heart and humour. First Aid and CPR are a must, or at least something you can get on board with quickly.
