At BFT Altona North, the Studio Manager is actively involved in the studio every day. You coach sessions, lead the team, and drive performance through presence, structure, and accountability.

We are looking for a strong leader who understands that growth comes from people, systems, and consistency. Someone who is comfortable making decisions, having direct conversations, and taking responsibility for results.

Key Responsibilities

🧑‍🏫 Coach group training sessions weekly
📺 Drive lead generation through social media and studio initiatives
🏆 Set and maintain coaching and studio standards
👥 Recruit, onboard, and develop coaches
🗓️ Manage rosters, schedules, and daily operations
⚙️ Implement systems and processes that drive consistency
📈 Support studio growth through leadership and execution

You must have:

🏋️ Experience in fitness or people leadership
🧠 Strong organisational and communication skills
💬 Confidence having direct conversations
🧘 Ability to stay composed under pressure
🕒 Availability across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
