We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Studio Manager to join our leadership team at BFT Caulfield.

This role is ideal for a coach who loves working with people and is ready to grow into leadership. You’ll continue coaching on the floor while being mentored in studio operations, team support and member experience.

You’ll be supported, developed and trusted with responsibility as you build the skills needed for long-term progression within a high-performing studio. We value calm confidence, strong communication and a genuine desire to learn.

If you’re seeking a sustainable fitness career - not just coaching shifts - and want to be part of a values-driven, supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, success isn’t just measured by hours coached - it’s about impact. You’ll play a key role in supporting member experience, strengthening community connection, and upholding the standards that make BFT Caulfield a place people love to train and work.

You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and leadership team, be trusted with responsibility, and be supported through clear KPIs, regular feedback and mentoring. As you grow, your scope, influence and opportunities will grow with you.

    This role suits someone who:

    • Enjoys being part of a team and contributing to culture

    • Takes pride in doing things well and consistently

    • Is motivated by progress, growth and accountability

    • Wants stability and a long-term career in fitness

    • Values community, connection and people-first leadership

    • This is a full-time role with a mix of coaching and admin hours, including early mornings and some weekends.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Cert III in Fitness (minimum requirement)

    • 2+ years’ experience coaching group training

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Willingness to learn, be coached and take feedback

    • Reliability, professionalism and ownership mindset

    • Alignment with our values and community-first culture

    • Availability to support peak sessions and studio needs

(Leadership or management experience is a bonus, not essential)
