    We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Casual Coach to join the team at BFT Caulfield.

    This role is ideal for a coach who loves delivering high-quality group training, values community, and wants to be part of a supportive, high-standard studio. While this is a casual position, we value long-term relationships and offer opportunities for growth and additional responsibility over time.

    As a Casual Coach, you will:

    • Deliver engaging, high-quality group training sessions

    • Coach members safely and effectively at all fitness levels

    • Build genuine relationships with members

    • Uphold coaching standards and studio culture

    • Support the team during peak sessions

    • Contribute positively to the studio environment

    What you will bring to the role:

    • Cert III in Fitness (minimum requirement)

    • 2+ years’ experience coaching group training

    • Current First Aid & CPR certification

    • Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Willingness to learn, take feedback and grow

    • Professional, reliable and community-minded
