    BFT Clayton is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic casual group fitness coach to join our team!

    This position is a casual role (10-20 hours), with potential for growth and additional hours.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    You'll work alongside high-energy coaches who uphold the highest standards while maintaining a strong focus on our members.

    You’ll assist and lead classes, providing expert coaching and guidance on various body movements within our strength and conditioning program.

    Additional duties may include creating social content, calling potential leads, selling membership packages, and conducting regular check-ins with members to ensure their progress and satisfaction.

    This is a casual role with flexible hours, offering the potential to transition to part-time and grow within the position.

    ABOUT YOU

    • You hold a minimum Cert IV in Fitness.

    • You have extensive knowledge of strength and conditioning training.

    • You’re willing to step beyond the role to provide exceptional service to our members.

    • You’re passionate about educating others on the health benefits of regular exercise.

    • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

    • You’re honest and genuine in your dealings.

    • You’re compassionate and approachable.

    • You listen with purpose

    • You’re able to bring high energy to the room and keep members engaged.

    • You are open to receiving and giving feedback
