    THE ROLE

    This is a full-time Studio Manager position for someone who wants responsibility, ownership, and the opportunity to drive real results.

    You will take control of the day-to-day operations and long-term growth of the studio.

    You will be accountable for:

    • Weekly sign ups, attrition, and retention metrics

    • Team performance, standards, and accountability

    • Planning ahead and executing long-term growth strategies

    • Delivering an exceptional member experience EVERY single day

    Day to day, this looks like:

    • Rostering and managing the team schedule with precision

    • Running structured, high value team meetings

    • Leading from the front with exceptional coaching on the floor

    • Calling leads and converting them into members

    • Selling memberships using a structured, proven sales process (phone and in-studio)

    • Onboarding new members and setting clear expectations from day one

    • Completing regular member check-ins and tracking measurable results

    • Conducting weekly retention calls with purpose

    • Delegating tasks and holding the team accountable to high standards

    • Planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive growth

    • Owning and executing the studio’s social media calendar

    This is not a role for someone who wants to “do their hours.”
    This is for someone who takes pride in going above and beyond as the baseline.

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • Highly organised and structured

    • Strong with numbers and performance tracking

    • High energy with a commanding presence on the floor

    • Exceptional people skills with the ability to lead and influence

    • A problem solver who takes ownership, not shortcuts

    • Someone who plans ahead and executes without being told

    • Non-negotiable high standards in everything they do

    • Coachable, driven, and committed to continuous improvement

    Experience in management is highly preferred.
    Experience leading people and driving performance matters more than coaching experience.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Cert IV in Fitness (minimum)

    • Experience in group training

    • Proven ability to lead or manage a team

    • Must be willing to be coached, challenged, and continuously improve
