The Role
You will:
Lead 20–25 hours of high-level coaching each week
Own the in-studio sales process from trial to sign-up
Drive consistent membership growth
Take full ownership of the first 90 days of every new member
Set the standard for coaching quality and member experience
Help lift performance across the entire team
This role carries responsibility.
Growth, retention, and sales performance are part of the expectation, not optional extras.

The Schedule
Full-time 38-hour role (averaged over a fortnight)
Early mornings and afternoon/evening shifts required
Alternate Saturday mornings required
Tuesday availability essential
