Cert IV in Fitness (minimum) plus current CPR/First Aid.
Proven coaching experience (functional training or group environment preferred).
Strong technical knowledge with an eye for movement and results.
Confident communicator with natural sales ability.
Coachable, driven, and thrives in a high-performance culture.
Marketing or social media skills highly regarded.
Deliver standout sessions that members rave about.
Consistently convert trials into long-term members.
Build strong connections that keep members training with us.
Demonstrate leadership qualities that support progression into Head Coach/Studio Manager.
