• Coach sessions every week - and you love it

• Chase leads, convert them, keep members coming back

• Run our 8-Week Challenge and other key programs

• Keep the studio running smoothly with our Studio Manager

• Look after the team and keep the culture good

What we need

• Cert III in Fitness - must have. S&C experience is a bonus

• 2+ years leading a team in fitness

• Someone who cares about their numbers

• Growth mindset

• Happy to be on camera and show up on our socials

• Open to using AI tools to work smarter
