Our studio is expanding, and we're on the hunt for a passionate full-time Studio Manager and dynamic casual Group Fitness Coaches to join our BFT Hornsby family!

About The Roles:

Studio Manager/Head Coach (Full-Time):

• Coaching on the floor and lead high-quality group training classes
• Lead the coach team/staff
• Build strong relationships with members and the community
• Drive studio performance and member satisfaction
• Seek new memberships and manage sales growth
• Collaborate on sales and execute marketing strategies
• Work closely with another staff to manage daily operations
• Perfect for those passionate about fitness and experienced in group coaching

Casual Coaches:

• Help members achieve fitness goals
• Lead and assist exercise demonstrations
• Maintain studio presentation and engage members
• Uphold BFT training standards and foster a positive team environment
• Actively manage social media channels and community outreach

Qualifications & Qualities:

• Minimum Cert III in Fitness (preferably Cert IV)
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
• High motivation and a passion for success
• Exceptional customer service and sales skills
• Flexibility, creativity, and a can-do attitude
