BFT Lilydale - Studio Manager

At BFT Lilydale… we’re looking for a Studio Manager with heart, hustle, and a knack for inspiring every person in the room.

You’ll lead epic sessions, drive growth, and create a studio vibe people can’t wait to come back to. From smashing goals to building community, you’ll set the standard for team performance, culture, and connection every single day, to drive our business to the next level! We’ll support you with competitive pay, ongoing leadership development, and mentoring.

Ideally, you’ll have experience driving studio performance.

However, all managerial experience will be considered. If you are an experienced senior BFT coach and looking to step up, this could be your chance.

Your responsibilities in the role will include.

• Drive studio growth across all sales activities while also being diligent and creative with member retention strategies.

• Support and guide your coaching team so they feel confident, connected, and ready to deliver their best.

• Run high-energy group sessions that challenge, connect, and inspire every member in the room.

• Help spread the word about BFT Lilydale through local events, community engagement, and creative ideas.

• Bring our studio events to life - from 8 Week Challenges to fun community workouts - making them memorable and impactful.

• Keep members coming back with thoughtful touches, genuine connections, and a focus on their journey.

• Notice the little things that make a big difference and look for those 1% improvements every day.

• Be adaptable and open to new ideas, helping the studio grow and evolve in fresh, exciting ways.

What You’ll Bring

• Group training experience (preferred) with Cert III & IV in Fitness (or higher) plus current First Aid/CPR certification.

• Ideally, you’ll have managerial & team leader experience, including PT management. An experienced senior coach looking to step up will be considered.

• Experience in driving studio performance through smart planning and execution.

• Strong skills in community engagement and building member loyalty.
