Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Experience and Coaching: Deliver high-quality fitness coaching, ensuring an exceptional member experience that fosters satisfaction and retention.

  • Sales and Business Development: Drive membership growth through effective sales strategies, member acquisition, and retention efforts. Work towards specific growth targets, including uptake of programs such as the 8-Week Challenge.

  • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Partner closely with the Assistant Studio Manager to align on business goals, manage studio operations, and nurture a motivating, supportive environment for both team and members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience.

  • Certificate IV in Fitness; additional qualifications in strength & conditioning are preferred.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly demeanour.

  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and takes pride in professional accomplishments.

  • Growth mindset with a keen interest in personal and professional development.

Performance Expectations:

  • Achieve set targets for membership growth and retention.

  • Maintain high member experience scores and increase program participation rates.
