Group Fitness Coach - BFT Ramsgate

Are you a passionate fitness professional who loves coaching, building a strong community, and helping members achieve their best? BFT Ramsgate is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and motivated BFT Coach to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coaching high-energy group sessions with a focus on technique, motivation, and engagement
• Providing an exceptional member experience and fostering a supportive, results-driven environment
• Educating members on proper form, progression, and training principles
• Contributing to the overall vibe and culture of the studio
• Assisting with studio operations, including member onboarding and retention
• Working as part of a team to uphold BFT’s training standards

What We're Looking For:

• Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Experience in group training, strength & conditioning, or personal training
• A strong understanding of functional training & movement patterns
• A positive, energetic personality with a passion for coaching
• Great communication & leadership skills
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
