Studio Manager | BFT Ramsgate - Full-Time or Part-Time Role

BFT Ramsgate is looking for a driven and passionate Studio Manager to lead our incredible team and vibrant community. If you're a natural leader with a strong background in fitness, people management, and delivering high-performance coaching experiences, this is your opportunity to take your career to the next level.

About the Role:

As Studio Manager, you’ll be the face of the studio - overseeing day-to-day operations, driving performance, leading an enthusiastic team of coaches, and ensuring every member walks out feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality group training sessions that align with BFT programming and member goals

• Manage studio operations including membership administration, staffing, and reporting

• Drive member engagement, satisfaction, and retention through genuine relationships and service excellence

• Work closely with our Head Coach to lead, mentor, and develop a team of coaches, creating a positive and performance-driven environment

• Working closely with the owners to achieve the clubs growth and profitability targets

• Co-ordinate marketing initiatives, member events, and BFT challenges

About You:

We’re looking for a leader who is:

✔️ Confident, organised, and passionate about helping others succeed

✔️ Skilled at coaching and building strong relationships

✔️ Experienced in fitness or business management (ideally both)

✔️ Comfortable managing both people and performance metrics

✔️ Certified with Cert III & IV in Fitness (or actively working toward them)
