WHO WE ARE:

BFT (Body Fit Training) offers progressive programming focusing on strength and conditioning in a group environment. Working over 8-10 week Blocks. BFT is a worldwide brand with over 300 studios open internationally. BFT Riverstone is a family-run studio where the studio owner is active in the day-to-day operations, including coaching. We have a great community, with a diverse range of members.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:

The studio owner is looking to share the workload with a passionate and high-energy person. You’ll be working alongside the studio owner, and your main focus will be driving new membership sales and member retention on top of coaching classes. On average, you will be working 20-25 hours on the floor and the rest of your time focusing on onboarding new members and retaining current members. We need someone who has equal passion for sales as they do coaching. We will provide any tools & resources that you need to succeed.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Fast, thoughtful follow-up on leads & member enquiries

• Driving growth through connection-led sales

• Creating new ideas to improve membership growth

• Supporting and leading the coaching team

• Member retention & experience

• Coaching members through different progressions of the program

• Upkeep of the cleanliness of the studio

• Building the vibe through events and authentic connections

YOU’RE RIGHT FOR THIS IF YOU:

• You hold a minimum of Certificates III & IV in Fitness

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Are a strong communicator who can find someone’s “why” and show them how we can help

• Passionate and driven by sales

• High energy & a morning person

• Coach with pride, energy, and presence

• Understand business, not just burpees

• Are ready to lead a team, not just a session
