Our studio is growing fast, and we’re searching for a Studio Manager who can lead from the front, drive performance, uplift our members, and help take our community to the next level.

The BFT Studio Manager is the cultural and operational heartbeat of the studio. You will coach, lead, mentor, and drive the systems that make our studio one of the most connected, results-driven fitness communities in the area.
Your mission:
Defend, grow, and elevate the studio while making BFT the best hour of every member’s day.
Your opportunity:
You will have uncapped earning potential. As our studio grows, your remuneration also grows
You will lead the studio to consistently achieve performance targets across:
Rollovers & intro conversion
Monthly cancellation rate (churn)
Average sessions per member per week
Organic leads from socials & studio activity
Suspension rate
Membership growth
Revenue targets

You make the studio feel electric.
Deliver a 5-star environment across coaching, atmosphere, and studio presentation
Lead from the front with coaching excellence (minimum 20 coaching hours/week)
Mentor new members through their first 4 weeks
Build community through monthly events and milestone celebrations
Keep members motivated, connected and consistent year-round
Turn first-timers into lifelong members.
Run high-impact inductions
Build strong early relationships - uncover their “why”
Mentor new members daily through messaging, check-ins and touchpoints
Execute our structured nurture system:
Monday Reds (no attendance)
Wednesday Oranges (low attendance)
Daily pump-ups to the “Fringes”
Run organised, effective pipeline meetings
Champion referral campaigns & intro offers
Keep members training and thriving.
Deliver weekly retention touchpoints - no gaps
Maintain seasonal retention programs (Winter Warrior, Summer Survivor)
Reinforce training frequency targets (3.5 sessions average/week)
Support members with lifestyle and routine challenges
Build a community where people feel proud to train
Your leadership extends beyond the studio.
Create authentic, helpful social content aligned with our avatar
Highlight member wins, culture moments, transformations and events
Build connections with local businesses and wellness partners
Lead activations, fundraisers, studio events and collaborations
Help drive consistent organic lead generation

Mentor and guide coaches to elite consistency
Ensure clear adherence to Intro Journey & Newbies protocols
Uphold punctuality, coaching excellence and energy standards
Build an ownership-driven, solutions-focused team culture

Maintain equipment care, cleanliness, safety and studio presentation
Complete weekly reporting, admin and KPI tracking
Lead studio challenges, logistics and preparation
Communicate proactively with owners and the coaching team

We want leaders who grow WITH us.
Minimum of Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
First Aid & CPR
Experience coaching group training (BFT/F45/Functional preferred)
Experience in sales, member management or leadership (ideal but not essential)
Social media confidence and basic content skills
Good computer skills
