What you’ll grow into:

This role is flexible for the right person, and depending on your strengths and interests:

• Leading parts of the member experience

• Supporting retention and community initiatives

• Helping onboard and mentor new coaches

• Taking ownership of key areas of the business (operations, culture, growth)

• Review programming blocks and getting technical

What we are looking for:

• Someone who genuinely cares about people and coaching

• Reliable, proactive, and takes ownership

• Not afraid of the unglamorous stuff (cleaning, resetting, consistency)

• Wants to really grow - not just clock in and out

• Is prepared to be a bit of a nerd on all things technique

• Has a team-first mindset

You don’t need to have management experience yet - but you do need to act like someone who’s ready for it.
