    We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven leader to join our Franchise Performance team for a 12-month maternity leave contract.

    Body Fit Training (BFT) is the fastest-growing and most advanced group training methodology in the world, with over 300 franchises across multiple countries. Our science-backed, coach-led programming delivers high-energy, results-driven workouts in a dynamic group environment.

    In this Regional Franchise Manager role, you’ll be responsible for supporting a portfolio of high-performing BFT studios across Queensland and Western Australia, ensuring franchise partners have the tools, coaching, and support needed to grow successful businesses and deliver exceptional member experiences.

    About the Role

    As the Regional Franchise Manager (RFM) for Queensland and Western Australia, you’ll be a key player in supporting and driving the performance of BFT franchise studios across both regions. Reporting to the Head of Franchise Performance, this 12-month maternity leave cover role blends remote work with regular in-studio visits, and includes interstate travel as required.

    You’ll work closely with Franchise Partners to help them grow their businesses, uphold BFT’s operational standards, and deliver industry-leading member experiences.

    Key responsibilities

    Franchise Partner Support & Business Growth

    • Build strong, trusted relationships with Franchise Partners to support their long-term success.

    • Provide strategic guidance on optimising key revenue, cost, and profitability drivers.

    • Deliver hands-on support to underperforming studios and help close performance gaps.

    • Support partners with new site identification and multi-site growth opportunities.

    Operational Excellence & Brand Standards

    • Roll out and continuously improve BFT’s presales model in collaboration with HQ and senior leaders.

    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with brand, operational, and sales standards.

    • Share and implement best practices across the franchise network.

    Performance Reporting & Business Insights

    • Deliver accurate and actionable performance reports to HQ and franchisees.

    • Monitor key metrics including member growth, conversion rates, profitability, and team performance.

    • Identify risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis.

    Member Experience & Community Engagement

    • Coach studios to deliver best-in-class member experiences aligned with BFT’s training philosophy.

    About You

    We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual who is passionate about fitness, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to helping franchise partners succeed. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the health and fitness industry, with a deep understanding of training environments and member engagement.

    • Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the confidence to present, influence, and motivate franchise partners and their teams.

    • Experience in franchise operations or multi-site management, preferably in a fitness or service-based business.

    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to read and interpret P&Ls, benchmarking data, and key operational metrics.

    • Excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to identify and engage high-quality franchise candidates.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and time management, with a proactive approach to both independent and team-based work.

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

    • Member Growth – Key milestones, including presales and retention at 12 & 24 months

    • Profitability Growth – Supporting franchisees in achieving sustainable financial success

    • Operational Efficiency – Improvements in site processes and brand compliance
