Our Mission To Share our Love for exercise with the people in our Community through Consistently Exceptional Experiences. Your stories won’t just earn likes, they’ll spark journeys, drive leads, and create lifelong fans.

Your Role: The Full Package. This is not just content, and it’s not just growth. It’s both, every single day.

Create: Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish authentic stories and campaigns (Reels, stories, long-form, carousels, you name it) that feel like a mate’s update, not an ad and are highly specific to each studios avatar. 

Market: Launch and optimise Meta/Google ads, own our creative and copy angles, and turn scrolls into sign-ups.

Strategise: Use real numbers (CPL, ROAS, engagement, new followers) to tweak what’s working, kill what’s not, and double down on winners.

Collaborate: Work alongside coaches, members, and the sales team to uncover the best stories, the biggest pain points, and the hooks that convert.

Scale: Grow our audience, engagement, and member base, then report wins (and fails) in clear, plain English.
