Nail the Content Creation Part and get the opportunity to step into a part‑ or full‑time Growth Marketer seat (owning paid media, SEO and Organic).

The Outcomes You’ll Own

Organic Social: Reel‑worthy local stories that stop thumbs; KPI: +5 % followers & 30 DM leads per location per month
Content Strategy: Data‑driven tweaks (hooks, formats, CTAs) , KPI: ↑ engagement &  view‑through each cycle

*Initial targets - you’ll help refine after your audit.

What You’ll Do

• Ideate, film, edit & publish IG Reels/stories that feel like a mate’s update, not an ad.

• Shadow coaches & members to capture real sweat, laughs and breakthroughs.

• Slice long‑form shoots into snackable pieces for multiple platforms.

• Read the numbers (CPL, ROAS, engagement) and pivot fast.

• Sync with sales teams to learn member pain points and craft tighter hooks.

• Locations: Ashburton, Brighton, Elsternwick, Fitzroy, Hampton & South Melbourne (plus one more released soon)

Smash that, and you have the opportunity to add:

• Launch + optimise Meta/Google ads, owning creative angles & copy.

• Scale what works, kill what doesn’t, report wins in plain English.
