If you’re an experienced group fitness coach who loves helping people train well, feel confident and enjoy their hour in the studio, this could be a brilliant next step.
At BFT Elsternwick, we’re looking for a Head Trainer who wants more than just coaching classes.
We’re looking for someone who wants to lead from the floor, raise coaching standards, support other coaches, build strong member relationships and help grow a studio that genuinely cares about its people.
The role is 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to become full-time for the right person.
You’ll be trusted, supported and challenged.
The standards are high. The community is strong.
Why this role is different
You’ll be joining a values-led studio group that takes coaching, member experience and team development seriously.
You’ll receive leadership mentoring, ongoing coaching development and the opportunity to grow your skills across coaching, communication, team leadership, member retention, studio operations and community-building.
You’ll still be on the floor doing what you love, but you’ll also be helping shape the member experience.
You won’t be left to figure everything out alone.
You also won’t be able to coast.
We’re looking for someone who wants to get better, take ownership and be part of a team that takes pride in delivering a consistently excellent experience.

Values-driven, with genuine care for members and teammates
Excited to keep developing as a coach, a leader and a person
