Group Training Coach (20–30 hrs/week) | BFT Ringwood

At BFT Ringwood, we’re looking for a coach who brings energy to the floor, takes pride in helping people move well, and makes every member feel welcome.

You’ll enjoy getting to know our members, celebrating their progress and delivering sessions that keep them coming back.

Experience is valued, but attitude is everything. If you’re a qualified coach with a willingness to learn and a passion for helping people, we’ll provide the mentoring and support to help you grow.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Coaching high-quality group training sessions

• Building genuine relationships with members

• Delivering an outstanding member experience

• Working alongside a passionate and supportive coaching team

20-30 hours per week across morning, evening & weekend shifts, with opportunities to grow.

You’ll Need

• Certificate IV in Fitness

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Working With Children's Check

• Great communication skills

• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
