$80,000 per year
BFT Wynnum is looking for a full-time Studio Manager to lead our studio growth, member experience and day-to-day operations — while still spending a large portion of the week coaching on the floor.
This is not a behind-the-desk management role.
It is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can coach at a high level, manage sales and follow-up efficiently, build strong member relationships, and take ownership of studio performance.
About BFT Wynnum
At BFT Wynnum, we believe people deserve more than a workout.
They deserve to be coached properly, feel connected, and be held to a high standard in a supportive environment.
We deliver progressive strength and conditioning programs in a high-performance group training setting. Our members are everyday people, but our coaching standard is not everyday.
We coach with intent.
We care about detail.
We prepare.
We follow through.
We do things properly.
About the Role
As Studio Manager, your key focus will be net member growth.

Your week will be approximately:

This role suits someone who enjoys being on the floor, building relationships, and using great coaching as a key driver of sales, retention and referrals.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality BFT coaching across a large number of weekly sessions
Build strong relationships with members and create a great studio culture

Work with the Head Trainer to maintain high coaching and member experience standards
Keep studio systems, communication and basic reporting organised
Make day-to-day decisions confidently while knowing when to seek approval

Strong on the coaching floor
Comfortable with sales conversations and follow-up
Efficient with admin and time management
Confident in making decisions and taking ownership
Professional, reliable and well-presented
Positive, grounded and team-focused
