    About us

    Body Fit Women's Fitness is an independent, women-only outdoor group training service in Sydney's Inner West. For over a decade, we've helped women, mostly 40+, get stronger, fitter and more confident through supportive, high-quality group sessions in the fresh air. No gym walls, no egos, a genuinely great community.

    About the role

    We're looking for a trainer to take over an established group of regular clients at our Earlwood location, with additional sessions available at Lilyfield if you want more hours.

    The core roster (guaranteed):

    • Weekday morning sessions at Earlwood, starting 6:00 am

    • 8 hours per week guaranteed

    Additional hours available for the right person: up to 10+ hours per week including sessions at Lilyfield, evenings (5:45 pm onwards) and Saturdays.

    You'll be coaching outdoor group sessions of up to 20 women, running warm-ups through to cool-downs, planning and programming sessions, and monitoring client progress and safety. You'll inherit a warm, established group, and your job is to keep the energy and standards high from day one.

    You'll complete a paid 4-week handover/induction training alongside the owner at the actual sessions you'll be running, so you know the clients, the equipment and the systems before you're solo.

    Who we're looking for

    • Minimum 1 year of group training or PT experience. You'll be taking over established sessions quickly, so this role suits a confident, experienced coach

    • Available for 6:00 am starts at Earlwood on weekday mornings (non-negotiable, this is the core of the role)

    • Able to teach at least one of: boxing, strength and conditioning, HIIT, or circuit-style sessions

    • Physically capable of loading, transporting and setting up equipment via trolley between the storage point and the park training area, in all weather

    • Genuinely enjoys coaching women over 40 of all fitness levels. Encouraging, inclusive, no "no pain no gain" attitude

    • Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent/higher)

    • Current First Aid and CPR

    • Current public liability and professional indemnity insurance

    • Current driver's licence and reliable access to a car

    • Punctual, organised, and a strong communicator
