Oversee daily studio operations with precision and pride.
Drive member growth and retention through genuine connection and structured processes.
Support marketing through content and messaging that reflects who we are.
A mix of on-floor coaching (minimum 20 hrs) + off-floor admin, sales, and retention work.

ABOUT YOU:
A people person – it’s at the core of who you are. You thrive on connection and no job is too big or too stressful.

A finisher – tasks aren’t left open-ended; you execute to a high standard every time. Member requests get answered within 24 hours, EDMs land in the right tone, studio comms go out on time, and you move through admin systematically with a keen eye for detail.
Growth mindset – you can coast through tasks, or you can lean in, take feedback, and grow into the kind of leader who makes real impact. We’re after the second type.
Social media savvy – you understand our language and who we’re speaking to. You can get cut through without just following dances and trends. Video filming and editing will be a key part of the role.
Sales smart – in our world, sales is simply understanding people and solving their problems. You’ll follow scripts and processes to ensure every enquiry gets the care it deserves.
The conduit for new members – you’ll oversee the intro journey, ensuring new members feel guided, supported, and ready to continue long after their intro period.
