But what truly makes us special is the vibe:
Good tunes always playing
Chatty, inclusive atmosphere where women feel comfortable, confident, and welcome
A community that celebrates together—from coffee catch-ups to after-hours social nights and wellness workshops
And with our state-of-the-art Wellness Recovery Lab (sauna + ice bath) coming soon, we’re taking recovery and results to the next level.
Now, we’re looking for a Head Trainer to lead the coaching, shape the culture, and drive the next stage of our growth.
The Role: Head Trainer / Lead Coach
This is a leadership role - you’ll be the heartbeat of the studio, shaping the coaching experience and fostering the inclusive, fun, and empowering environment that Bridge is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead small-group strength sessions (2-9 women), offering tailored coaching based on fully assessed client profiles—you’ll know exactly what each client needs.
Design and evolve our programming, structured across 3 progressive levels (beginner to advanced lifters).
Mentor and develop fellow coaches as the team grows, maintaining 5-star coaching standards.
Conduct comprehensive client assessments - including movement screenings and goal setting.
Coach beyond the gym - supporting clients with body composition, performance goals, and lifestyle habits.
Foster the studio vibe - keep the energy high with good tunes, lively chats, and an inclusive, supportive atmosphere.
Lead community culture - organise coffee catch-ups, social events, and wellness workshops.
Collaborate on events, challenges, and the Wellness Recovery Lab rollout.
Maintain an immaculate, welcoming studio environment that feels as good as it looks.
What’s In It for You:
Competitive salary package with opportunities for revenue share or ownership as we grow - your contribution is valued and rewarded.
Lead in an exclusive, appointment-only boutique studio - no random drop-ins, just fully assessed, committed clients.
Coach in a beautiful space - arched architecture, calming design, and good music always playing.
Be part of the Wellness Recovery Lab expansion - integrating sauna, ice baths, and recovery tools into coaching.
Small group sizes (2-9) mean high-touch coaching and strong client connections.
Free parking for easy commuting.
No sales pressure - we bring the clients so you can focus on coaching excellence.
Professional development support - access to courses, seminars, and industry events.
Help create a fun, inclusive vibe - with social events, wellness workshops, and a community that celebrates together.
Flexible schedule that supports work-life balance.
Option to run your own PT clients within the studio with flexible structures.
Who You Are:
3+ years of coaching experience in strength and conditioning or personal training.
A leader and mentor who loves coaching, connecting, and guiding both clients and coaches.
Experienced in programming, women’s health, body composition coaching, and performance training.
Emotionally intelligent - able to read the room, keep energy high, and adapt coaching to meet each client where they’re at.
A community builder - who loves a chat, can curate a great playlist, and thrives in a social, supportive environment.
You live and breathe health and fitness - this isn’t just a job for you, it’s your lifestyle. You walk the walk, lead by example, and inspire through action.
Organised, self-driven, and ready to own the coaching culture at Bridge.
Step Into Leadership:
