Women’s Gym + Reformer Studio | Leadership • Coaching • Studio Growth
Full-Time | Start Mid-Late January (flexible)
At BUMP Jordan Springs, this isn’t a role where you just “manage the day.”
We’re a women’s-only Reformer and Strength & Conditioning club with high standards. We’re a growing business with exciting goals - so we’re not looking for a standard manager.
We’re looking for a full-time Club Manager who is warm, welcoming and incredible with people. Someone who is organised, confident, motivated by growth and driven by KPI’s.
Someone who feels energised by hitting targets, can lead a team confidently and with exceptional communication, run amazing classes, and help us continue to build a supportive, welcoming and empowering community of women.
If you love coaching AND you love hitting targets…
If you’re the kind of person who loves people AND thrives when you have KPIs to go after…
If you love helping women feel strong and supported AND growing a studio while leading a team…
Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
This is a full-time leadership role with uncapped earning potential, a generous commission structure and full training + ongoing support directly from the owner. It’s the perfect blend of leadership, coaching/instructing, sales, operations and community connection.
Ideal Start Date: Mid-late January (flexible for the right person).
BUMP Jordan Springs is a female-only community with a strong focus on women’s health as well as pre/postnatal fitness.
We are a safe and supportive space for women of all ages, fitness levels and stages of life looking to build confidence, strength and fitness whilst prioritising themselves and moving their bodies in a way that feels good for them.
When women walk through our doors, they feel supported, welcomed and understood - and as our Club Manager, you’ll help create that feeling on a daily basis.
You’ll be the face of the club - teaching classes, leading staff, supporting members and keeping everything running smoothly. But the most important part of this role is studio growth.
Your main responsibility is to keep BUMP Jordan Springs thriving by welcoming new women into the space and ensuring every member feels seen and supported, no matter where they are on their journey.
You’ll be responsible for:
Sales KPIs & lead management
Trial to membership conversions
Growing NMM (Net Member Movement)
Retention and member management
Driving an increase in revenue
Maintaining a full, thriving timetable through driving consistent member behaviours
Leading and managing the team
This is a full-time role with flexibility - early mornings and evenings are required as well as occasional weekends as needed.
You’ll have full training, mentorship and support directly from the owner as you transition into the role and ongoing.
Teach Strength & Conditioning and/or Reformer classes + PT sessions
Manage and onboard new leads/members and run inductions + 1:1 Consults
Support and enhance the overall member experience
Create a safe, clean and welcoming environment in club
Follow up leads quickly and effectively
Sell intro offers and convert trials to memberships
Drive referrals
Monitor and hit sales, retention and NMM KPIs
Keep new members supported through their first 4-6 weeks
Maintain and develop clear processes that support retention and member engagement
Oversee day-to-day operations with high standards
Keep the club organised, clean and member-ready
Lead staff meetings and support instructors & crèche staff
Mentor, manage and develop new and existing instructors
Maintain consistent standards across all classes and experiences in the gym, studio and crèche (alongside the Crèche Coordinator)
Manage member enquiries with empathy and understanding
Assist with marketing, plan events, build community partnerships & engage in local outreach
Develop and plan social media content and strategy
Prepare monthly EDMs
Support small community events and build local relationships
This is a full-time leadership role with a mix of coaching, operations and growth - but the main focus is KPIs and helping the club grow.
You’ll receive full training + ongoing support directly from the owner, including how to track, understand and confidently hit KPIs.
You are warm, calm, confident and genuinely great with people - but you’re also driven.
You love making connections, but you also love:
Knowing your targets
Working towards them
Seeing the club grow because of your effort
Tracking progress
Creating momentum
You’re organised, reliable, and take pride in running a beautiful, welcoming space.
You follow through, communicate clearly, and genuinely care about helping women feel their best.
You’re not afraid of KPIs - you love them because they give you direction, structure and progress.
Love instructing classes and supporting all fitness levels
Are highly organised and detail-oriented
Are a strong communicator + natural leader
Enjoy sales when it’s meaningful
Are proactive and solution-focused
Are passionate about women’s health and community
Can think ahead and keep things running smoothly
Are comfortable delivering feedback and having hard conversations
Value flexibility and can work early AMs, evenings & some weekends
Enjoy a mix of coaching, admin, operations and member connection
Bonus: Reformer certification (or willing to obtain), studio/club management experience, sales experience or strengths in marketing/admin - but energy and standards are what matter most.
Full training + ongoing support directly from the owner
A warm, uplifting, female-led team
A women’s-only community you’ll love
Pre/postnatal training and qualifications provided
Full-time stability in a growing club
Uncapped earning potential with a generous commission structure
A role that prioritises both personal and professional growth
Work that directly impacts women’s confidence, wellbeing and both physical and mental health
You won’t just be managing a gym - you’ll be helping build and shape a community of women in a space where you’ll feel valued, supported and encouraged to grow.
