    At BUMP Jordan Springs, we know how much of a difference the right coach can make.

    For a lot of women, walking into a gym can feel intimidating. They want to feel welcomed, supported and comfortable - not judged or like no one knows who they are or like they don’t matter.

    That’s why we care so much about the kind of coaches we bring into our team.

    We’re not just looking for someone who can run a class. We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and can build connections with members no matter their age, fitness level or stage of life.

    At BUMP Jordan Springs, we’ve created a welcoming, supportive and empowering women’s-only Strength & Conditioning and Reformer studio with a strong women’s health focus (and full pre/postnatal training provided). Somewhere where women feel stronger and proud of themselves and comfortable the moment they step through our doors. 

    Our members are looking for coaches who “get it” and who care about them.
    Coaches who notice when they haven’t been in, who can read the room and know when to push and when to support them. We’re looking for coaches who have the ability to make every woman feel seen and important in their class.

    You love coaching people (or are excited to start).

    Because you genuinely love helping people feel good about themselves and you care about the impact great coaching can have on someone’s confidence and wellbeing.
    Because you care about helping women feel stronger, more confident and supported.

    You’re warm, welcoming and confident and you bring energy into a room without making it about you.

    You care about coaching properly with good technique, safety, progressions and regressions and making sure every member feels successful at their own level.

    You’re the kind of coach who:

    • Learns members’ names

    • Makes everyone feel comfortable

    • Can support women through different stages of life

    • Understands how to modify movements confidently (full training provided)

    • Brings good energy to the team

    • Wants to keep learning and growing

    You’re not afraid of feedback. You’re coachable, reliable and a team player with a can-do attitude. 
    You want to be part of something meaningful to women and work within a team that actually cares about its members and each other. You care about women’s health and understand how important a community can be to a woman, both inside and outside of the gym. 

    ⭐ THE ROLE

    We’re looking for a Group Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer to join our growing team at BUMP Jordan Springs.

    This role includes:

    • Coaching Strength & Conditioning classes (minimum Cert III required)

    • Coaching Reformer Pilates classes (if qualified)

    • Supporting members on the gym floor

    • Running PT sessions (if qualified) and consults

    • Helping create the best member experience possible

    • Supporting community events and club culture

    We’re looking for someone with flexible availability with our classes running early mornings, evenings and weekends as well as the ability to jump in and help with covers.

    ⭐ REQUIREMENTS

    • Cert III in Fitness

    • Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)

    Bonus points if you:

    • Have experience running group fitness classes

    • Love community and connection as much as coaching
