    We’re looking for a Casual Coach to join the CONDITN team.

    ABOUT CONDITN

    CONDITN is a coach-led training studio in the heart of Melbourne CBD, built around strength, conditioning and performance-based training.

    Our sessions are structured, purposeful and accessible, with a strong focus on quality coaching, progression and building a great training community. We’re a growing studio and are looking for a coach who wants to be part of that growth.

    THE ROLE

    • Casual coaching hours with potential for regular shifts

    • Lead group training sessions across our LIFT, ENGINE, SWITCH and performance sessions

    • Deliver safe, engaging and high-quality coaching

    • Build relationships with members and create a welcoming studio environment

    • Help members understand technique, training principles and progression

    • Work alongside the existing coaching team to maintain the CONDITN standard

    WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

    • Has a relevant fitness/coaching qualification

    • Has experience coaching group training

    • Is confident, energetic and personable

    • Has a strong understanding of strength & conditioning

    • Cares about delivering a great member experience

    • Is reliable, professional and keen to grow with the studio
