    MOVEMENT COACH / PERSONAL TRAINER

This is a coaching role designed to help you develop properly, not just get busy

CORE FOUNDATIONS is a biomechanics-first personal training studio focused on long-term outcomes, coaching quality, and sustainable movement.

We are seeking 1–2 motivated coaches who want to build real skill, confidence, and professional depth, not just fill sessions or chase short-term results.

This role is ideal for a trainer who values education, precision, and one-on-one coaching, and who wants a clear pathway to grow hours and responsibility over time.

What This Role Looks Like in Your First 6 Months

    Month 1 – Paid Onboarding & Education

    • Up to 6 paid hours per week

    • No client delivery initially

    • Structured onboarding into our systems and standards

    • Immersion in the CORE4 Method

    • Full access to CFX, our online education and training platform (normally $149/month)

Months 2–3 – Supported Client Integration

    • Gradual introduction to 1:1 client sessions

    • Ongoing mentoring and feedback

    • Continued education and skill development

    • Increase in paid coaching hours as competence and confidence grow

    Months 4–6 – Growth & Responsibility

    • High-performing coaches can progress to 25–30 sessions per week

    • Greater independence with clients

    • Clear pathway toward part-time employment, based on performance and fit

    Progression is performance-based, not time-based.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Delivering high-quality one-on-one personal training sessions

    • Conducting posture, movement, and gait assessments (full training provided)

    • Coaching clients who are serious about improving their health and movement

    • Working within a structured, evidence-informed coaching system

    • Collaborating with allied health and nutrition professionals where required

    • Upholding CORE FOUNDATIONS’ coaching standards and client experience

    What We Offer You

    • Paid onboarding and paid training hours

    • Immediate inclusion in a structured development pathway

    • Access to the CORE4 Method and ongoing education via CFX

    • Direct mentorship from experienced senior coaches

    • No sales targets, no lead chasing, no group classes

    • Competitive casual hourly rate aligned with the Fitness Industry Award

    • Clear performance-based pathway from casual to part-time employment & beyond

    • A professional, supportive environment focused on long-term development

Who This Role Is Suited To

    • Cert IV in Fitness (minimum) or equivalent

    • 1–3 years of experience as a personal trainer

    • Strong interest in biomechanics, movement quality, and coaching fundamentals

    • Coachable, self-aware, and motivated to improve

    • Comfortable starting with limited hours and growing through performance

    • Seeking a role that prioritises learning, quality, and professionalism
