MOVEMENT COACH / PERSONAL TRAINER
This is a coaching role designed to help you develop properly, not just get busy
CORE FOUNDATIONS is a biomechanics-first personal training studio focused on long-term outcomes, coaching quality, and sustainable movement.
We are seeking 1–2 motivated coaches who want to build real skill, confidence, and professional depth, not just fill sessions or chase short-term results.
This role is ideal for a trainer who values education, precision, and one-on-one coaching, and who wants a clear pathway to grow hours and responsibility over time.
What This Role Looks Like in Your First 6 Months
Month 1 – Paid Onboarding & Education
Up to 6 paid hours per week
No client delivery initially
Structured onboarding into our systems and standards
Immersion in the CORE4 Method
Full access to CFX, our online education and training platform (normally $149/month)
Months 2–3 – Supported Client Integration
Gradual introduction to 1:1 client sessions
Ongoing mentoring and feedback
Continued education and skill development
Increase in paid coaching hours as competence and confidence grow
Months 4–6 – Growth & Responsibility
High-performing coaches can progress to 25–30 sessions per week
Greater independence with clients
Clear pathway toward part-time employment, based on performance and fit
Progression is performance-based, not time-based.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering high-quality one-on-one personal training sessions
Conducting posture, movement, and gait assessments (full training provided)
Coaching clients who are serious about improving their health and movement
Working within a structured, evidence-informed coaching system
Collaborating with allied health and nutrition professionals where required
Upholding CORE FOUNDATIONS’ coaching standards and client experience

Who This Role Is Suited To
Cert IV in Fitness (minimum) or equivalent
1–3 years of experience as a personal trainer
Strong interest in biomechanics, movement quality, and coaching fundamentals
Coachable, self-aware, and motivated to improve
Comfortable starting with limited hours and growing through performance
Seeking a role that prioritises learning, quality, and professionalism
