Frankston & Mornington Peninsula’s Leading Health and Fitness Clubs are looking for a Reception / Office Assistant to join our team at our Head Office in Frankston.
This is an ideal role for a candidate living in or around the City of Frankston or the Mornington Peninsula.
You will be working a full-time position. Traineeship in Business Administration available.
Skills Required:
Assistance to Administration / Accounts Manager
Reception and Customer Service Duties
General Office duties
Monitoring of staff rosters and annual leave
Reporting of Membership sales through CRM system
Stock control and monitoring
Liaison with membership CRM provider
Office filing
It is essential you have the following:
Strong organisation skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong computer skills
Highly motivated team player
Cover holidays within the admin team
