Courage are looking for an exceptional Personal and Group Trainer to manage our small group training studio 42 Fitter Stronger You!

We are looking for a self-driven overachiever to not only conduct a portion of the sessions but ultimately be responsible for leading the Team, member retention strategies, converting trial members, programming and social media management.

Ideally, the candidate would initially conduct several PT sessions per week as well to give them grounding and exposure to Courage life.

If you have a minimum of 6 months industry experience (or an equivalent combo of education plus experience), a strong work ethic and track record for exceptional customer service and results - we want to hear from you!

The role would be ideal for someone who is looking to start as permanent part-time with around 32 hours per week progressing to full-time status. Remuneration increases and bonuses are based on reaching and exceeding KPI’s and we’d love to be rewarding you with both regularly!

    The Role

We've got some huge growth ahead of us and we're making sure we have all the right people in place to make that happen. As a team, you’ll work together with fellow coaches and Courage Directors to help achieve the studio’s member growth and profitability aspirations.

Our team cover all bases in regard to delivering an exceptional member experience, from making members feel welcome the moment they step into our facility, to motivating, inspiring and guiding them through our 42-minute workouts. As a team, we all play an active role in recruiting new members to our community and work together to retain our existing ones.

    What you’ll get from us:

    • Unlimited Growth Opportunities - professionally, personally and financially. If you’re ready to grow, we’re ready to support you.

    • Strong Leadership and Mentoring - because even the best coaches need coaching to be their best.

    • A Role with Purpose - you’ll change lives, build relationships and be the reason our members call their time here “the best part of their day!”

    • Above award rate with regular increases and bonuses based on KPI’s.

Applicants must have the following traits

    • A minimum of Cert III and IV in Fitness (or working towards), Current First Aid & CPR certification

    • Exceptional people skills and time management

    • Bring enthusiasm, professionalism and the kind of energy that makes people feel seen, supported and fired up to return.

    • Impeccable attention to detail ensuring outstanding studio standards and cleanliness

    • You’re here to make an impact, build your legacy and grow with us

    • Demonstrate an enthusiasm for training yourself and a passion to inspire and help our members.

    • Available to work a variety of hours between 6am - 9pm weekdays and possibly 9am-2pm Saturdays.

If this is you, then we’d love to:

    • Give you a challenge

    • Help you grow

    • Provide you with benefits

    • Listen to your new ideas

    • Work hard and play hard together

Love people? Love health and fitness? Love bananas? Love to hear from you.

If the above sounds like something that tickles your interest, we would love to have a chat.  Submit your CV and cover letter to Geoff via the ‘Apply’ button.
