MEMBERSHIP SALES AND FRONT OF HOUSE - Dominance MMA Bentleigh

We're looking for someone who is organised, confident, and people-focused to join the team at Dominance MMA Bentleigh in a Membership Sales and Front of House role.

This isn’t just an admin job - we need someone who thrives on connection, is naturally persuasive, and can drive sales by building real relationships with new and existing members. You’ll be the first face people see when they walk into the gym, and the one who helps them get started on something that could genuinely change their lives. We have an awesome community and we are looking for someone who wants to be a part of that.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, multi-tasking role that blends customer service, admin, and sales. You’ll be responsible for new member onboarding, supporting our current members, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, and making sure everyone feels welcomed and supported.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organised, efficient, and detail-focused

• Warm and confident with great communication skills

• Naturally proactive - someone who doesn’t wait to be told what needs doing

• Comfortable driving conversations that lead to sign-ups (without being pushy or “salesy”)

• Able to work independently, problem-solve, and juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment

THE HOURS & PAY

• Bentleigh – Approx. 25 hours/week

  • Mon–Thu: 4:00–9:30pm

  • Fri: 3:30-6:30pm

• Casual rate: $31.50+/hr

• Room to move into a part-time role in the future for the right person

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Membership sales and retention

• Customer service and front-desk support

• Admin tasks and email/phone comms

• Basic stock control and cleaning duties

• Daily operational support to the General Manager and Head Coach
