ABOUT DOMINANCE

Dominance MMA is one of Melbourne's premier mixed martial arts gyms focusing on Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA and wrestling for kids, teens and adults. We pride ourselves on having a positive culture and tight-knit community creating an inclusive place for people to pursue their passion in martial arts, whether this is as a recreational student, pro fighter, coach or staff member.

JOB DETAILS

• Casual role
• Monday & Wednesday 10:00am to 1:30pm
• Saturday - 8:00am to 1:30pm
• Thursdays 10:00am to 1:30pm in the near future

This role is extremely varied and highly autonomous. It includes everything from membership sales and retention, administration support, customer service, cleaning, stock control and daily gym management support tasks under the guidance of the General Manager and Head Coach.

• Sales experience a plus
• A desire to learn and grow both professionally and personally
• Strong attention to detail

Industry experience is not essential although some knowledge or experience training in either Muay Thai or BJJ is preferred!
