About The Role:

As our studio continues to grow, we are on the lookout for a superstar trainer to join the F45 Westleigh family! This role offers the unique opportunity to be part of a team of fitness professionals who are not only passionate about fitness but also people-centric and truly cares about connecting and improving the lives of others.

About You:

• High Energy and Enthusiasm: You should have a natural enthusiasm and a high-energy drive, essential for motivating members, especially during those early morning sessions.
• Communication and Coaching Skills: Exceptional ability to demonstrate and instruct correct and safe techniques. Be firm in delivering results while understanding physiology and body mechanics. You need not be the loudest, but an individual who can articulate these concepts clearly and effectively, communication is key.
• Team Player: A genuine team player who actively builds rapport and supports peers, nurturing and contributing positively to our studio culture. Confident in creating content and comfortable taking some post workout selfies! Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions. 
• Work Ethic: You should exhibit an exceptional work ethic and a proactive 'can-do' attitude, always ready to assist and go the extra mile. Maintaining studio cleanliness and presentation that reflects your level of high quality standards.
• Adaptability: The ability to quickly adapt to changes and tackle challenges head-on is highly valued, along with a readiness to learn and grow within our fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism and Brand Representation: We are looking for someone who not only conducts classes but is passionate about actively promoting and driving the success of our business. 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Certificate III in Group Training or higher
• Current First Aid & CPR Certifications
• Previous experience in F45 Group Training is advantageous but not mandatory
