About the Role:

As Club Manager, you'll have ownership of the club's overall performance. This is a commercially focused leadership role where you'll think and act like a business owner - driving membership growth, retention, profitability, team performance and an exceptional member experience.

You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, identify opportunities, solve problems and build a thriving club while leading by example, coaching your team and delivering an exceptional experience for every member. You’ll lead by example, motivate and work with your team, drive membership growth and retention, and ensure every member receives an outstanding Fernwood experience.

• Realistic Base Salary of $80,000 plus Superannuation and uncapped commissions

• Previous leadership experience is essential. Experience in the fitness industry is highly regarded but not essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of club profitability and performance.

• Achieve monthly and annual membership growth targets.

• Analyse KPIs and take action to improve results.

• Maximise member retention through exceptional service.

• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team.

• Build a strong sales culture.

• Drive community partnerships and local marketing.

• Ensure operational excellence across every area of the club.

• Foster a positive, accountable and performance-driven team culture.
