Membership Sales Consultant - Fernwood Rockdale

About the Role

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face of Fernwood, helping women take the first step towards achieving their health and fitness goals. Through genuine conversations, exceptional service and solution-focused selling, you'll build lasting relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the club.

Working closely with the Club Manager and wider team, you'll create outstanding member experiences from the very first enquiry through to joining our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to phone, online and walk-in enquiries

• Conduct personalised club tours and consultations

• Recommend membership options based on individual needs and goals

• Achieve membership sales and retention targets

• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members

• Manage lead follow-up through our CRM system

• Generate referrals and support local community outreach activities

• Develop relationships with local businesses and community groups

• Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

• Accurately maintain member records and sales activity

• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development

About You

You'll love connecting with people and helping women feel confident about beginning their health and wellness journey.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service and a target-driven role

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence in presenting solutions and closing sales

• A positive, self-motivated and results-focused mindset

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

• A genuine passion for women's health, fitness and wellbeing

Experience within the fitness industry is highly regarded but not essential.

Availability

This role is available on a full-time, part-time or casual basis. Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings and weekends is required.
