    About FitMiss Health Club

FitMiss is a women’s strength and fitness studio for all ages and abilities. We’ve built something special: a space that feels welcoming, positive, and empowering the moment you walk in. Our members are women who show up for themselves and for each other - supportive, friendly, and genuinely grateful for great coaching.

We’re NOT a franchise or a big-gym environment. We care about coaching quality, connection, confidence-building, and helping women feel strong in every stage of life.

If this sounds like something you’d love to be a part of, keep reading.

The Role (Casual PT + Small Group Coaching)

This is a casual coaching role (10–15 hours per week) for a trainer who loves working with women, brings positive energy, and takes pride in delivering great sessions.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Delivering quality, tailored, results-based PT sessions

    • Delivering high-energy, motivational small group classes

    • Program design and member support to maximise results and experience

    • Occasional support with reception/admin duties when required

    • Contributing to the welcoming FitMiss culture (members feeling seen, supported, and encouraged)

    • Have a particular women’s health topic you love? We’re open to supporting you to develop your skills and potentially create a new offering for our members.

What We Offer (The FitMiss Difference)

    • NO RENT to pay - you’ll be paid a wage from day 1

    • Superannuation included

    • Full book of clients from day 1

    • No split shifts - shifts are generally 4–8 hours, and you’re paid for the full shift

    • A motivated, fun, supportive studio environment

    • Ongoing support, upskilling, and genuine career development opportunities

    • Not a franchise - freedom to coach with creativity and professionalism (aligned with FitMiss standards)

About You (What We’re Looking For)

    You are:

    • A qualified trainer with Cert IV in Fitness (PT) and current First Aid/CPR

    • Positive, energetic, and highly motivating

    • Confident coaching women of different ages and abilities

    • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to go above and beyond

    • Warm and community-minded - you naturally help members feel welcome

    • Excited to deliver a standout customer experience

    • Open to learning and growing alongside a team of professionals

    Experience:

2+ years’ industry experience is desired but not essential - if you have a strong work ethic and a track record of great service and results, we want to hear from you!

    Hours & Flexibility

    • 10–15 hours per week (with flexibility for the right person)

    • We can shape a schedule that suits both the studio and your availability
