Next Level Fitness Clubs are a group of privately owned and operated gyms in Melbourne that caters for the health needs of local communities. For well over a decade Next Level Fitness has focused with helping individuals achieve better fitness outcomes through giving access to the best results driven equipment and industry expert trainers.

About the Role

As a Club Manager you will be responsible for the operational success of your club. Your role will be to use your people leadership skills, financial acumen, analytical capability, problem solving abilities, local level marketing, and management expertise to oversee all aspects of your club’s operations to create a thriving and growing health facility.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Achieving sales targets

• Manage and motivate a sales team

• Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets

• Implement an annual sales and marketing planner

• Create business opportunities with the local corporate market

• Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members

You must:

• Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club

• Have extensive club management experience (essential)

• Have facility management experience across any industry

• Be results-driven

• Have experience managing staff and budgets

• Have a passion for health and fitness

• SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
