Who We Are
For over 15 years, Fitness Life Studios has been helping busy professionals move well, train without pain and build strength that lasts. We’re known for our expert programming, real relationships and a community that lifts together. One that supports each other on and off the gym floor. Our mission is simple: to build a community where strong, capable humans become the norm.
We’re not just looking for another Personal Trainer; we’re looking for a coach who wants to make an impact. If you’ve got a sharp coaching eye, a team-first attitude and you care about people as much as performance, you’ll fit right in.
Outcomes You’ll Deliver:
Coach clients 1:1, semi-private and in small groups
Program, assess and track progress using TeamBuildr
Guide clients from onboarding to ongoing check-ins
Keep our space clean, sharp and welcoming
Be a learner off the floor and a leader on it
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Premium clients in a purpose-driven studio. No chasing leads, no endless sales calls. Just clients who show up ready to work.
Ongoing mentoring and support. We invest in your growth so you can be the best coach you can be.
Flexible hours, strong systems, high standards. Structure that makes your job easier and results that speak for themselves.
Ego-free team environment. We’re here to lift each other up, not compete for the spotlight.
What We’re Looking For:
Cert III + IV in Fitness (or higher qualification)
2+ years of gym or studio coaching experience
Strong foundations in strength and mobility coaching
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
A proactive, reliable work ethic and a passion for learning
Bonus points if you have:
Semi-private coaching experience
Rehab/S&C background (FRC, ATG, DNS, etc.)
Nutrition knowledge or credentials
Familiarity with TeamBuildr or MindBody
Something unique. Sporting background, niche skillset or creative flair
