Club General Manager - Genesis Caulfield

Genesis Health & Fitness is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Club General Manager to lead our team in Caulfield.

Genesis Fitness Clubs has had exceptional growth and continues to expand. We now have space for another energetic CGM to join our group.

About you:

• Have club and/or sales management experience in the fitness industry

• Be results-driven

• Have a passion for health and fitness and high level of member engagement

• Be very sales focused

• Have the desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club

The Key Selection criteria for the role are as follows:

• Demonstrated experience in team and sales leadership

• Demonstrated experience in club membership growth

• A strategic thinker and problem solver

• Fitness industry experience needed, with fitness certification

• Manage and motivate a team including sales, fitness, and service

• Work within the annual sales plan and achieve goals

• Implement an annual sales and marketing planner
