Genesis Health + Fitness Mickleham is in need of new coaches & PT’s for our expanding Coaching Zone timetable.

About us:

The Coaching Zone is a group training program that operates within Genesis Fitness Clubs. We provide members with 45-minute Small Group and Team Training sessions, all led by our team of amazing Coaches.

Your role as a Coaching Zone Coach;
We need you to bring your skill, knowledge, personality and flair to each session, ensuring a great customer experience for all participants.

All our Coaches are focused on :

1. Engaging with each member before, during and after their sessions

2. Providing guidance and instruction for members

3. Recognising opportunities to develop and improve ourselves and our service

4. Understanding and helping members more toward their goals

5. Leading by example

Required qualifications/certifications;

• A minimum Cert III in Fitness

• Successful applicants will be required to obtain a national police check and a Working with Children check.

Timetable Shifts Available

• Monday to Friday 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

• Saturday 8am, 9am

• Sunday 9am

• Ideally looking for someone who can do the 6am classes to start with.

• Opportunity for more shifts.
